At Opal Essence Counseling we believe that therapy should be accessible to all. We believe in prioritizing client relationships to assist clients in doing the work necessary to see change. Here at Opal Essence Counseling, therapy is about partnership and we view ourselves as part of our client's support systems.

We provide a range of counseling services across North Carolina, tailored to the unique needs of our clients. These include individual therapy, family therapy, and specialized eating disorder therapy. Additionally, we offer support for other important issues such as religious exploration, life transitions, and grief and loss.

We utilize a strengths-based relational approach, partnering with clients to achieve their goals. We believe the therapeutic space is a place to create a new beginning. We take joy in empowering our clients to explore, define, and set their own boundaries for their best lives, whether through individual therapy, family therapy, or eating disorder therapy.
